Are therapy sessions in-person?

At this time, I am only seeing clients on a Telehealth platform. I have been facilitating EMDR, individual, and couples therapy via Telehealth for the duration of the pandemic, and have found the platform to be highly successful. This service is available to anyone residing in the state of California.

Do you take insurance?

I do not take insurance, however I can offer a superbill for possible reimbursement through your insurance company. Please contact your provider to see if they offer out-of-network mental health coverage. I can take payment through HSAs and FSAs.

What forms of payment do you take?

Payment can be made via cash or check for in-person sessions, and through Venmo, Paypal, or Zelle for online services.

Who do you see for therapy?

I see adults for individual and couples for therapy. I do not see children or adolescents. I offer both in-person sessions and Telehealth, however I am only offering Telehealth services at this time/until further notice.

Cancellations must be made within 24-hours of a scheduled session. Sessions

canceled in less than 24 hours will be billed the full session fee.
