I see clients for individual and couples therapy. Most people attend therapy once a week, but I also see clients for biweekly sessions. I see individuals for 50 minutes (75 min. available for EMDR only) and 50 or 75 minute options are available to couples.

Drama therapy is a therapeutic modality, so I might offer any number of creative interventions in both individual or couples work together. This will be determined according to the desire of the client. You do not need to be an actor or even consider yourself creative to find this method beneficial and accessible.
