I see clients for individual therapy. Most people attend therapy once a week, but I also see clients for biweekly sessions. I see individuals for 50 minutes (75 and 120 min available for EMDR and IFS) 

I see individuals for EMDR therapy. There are 50 minute and 75 minute options available. 

Drama therapy is a therapeutic modality, so I might offer any number of creative interventions in both individual or couples work together. This will be determined according to the desire of the client. You do not need to be an actor or even consider yourself creative to find this method beneficial and accessible.
